Sant Bani School is pleased to congratulate our own 2nd Grade teacher, Kari Allen ’98 P’24 ’27, on the publication of her latest children’s book! Night Prints is a board book for little ones, written by Kari Allen, illustrated by Kim Smith, and published by Simon & Schuster. Celebrating curiosity, nature, and place-based knowledge of our world, this book will fit in perfectly at Sant Bani School!
Sant Bani School’s inquiry-driven curriculum is strengthened by the personal passions and achievements of our incredible faculty. Kari’s expertise in literacy education and children’s literature impacts all aspects of her teaching. She organizes annual Caldecott Award studies, brings published authors to campus, and hones her students’ handwriting, reading, storytelling, and reasoning skills through the study of books. Our students are continually inspired by the meaningful work our teachers do, inside the classroom and out.
