Dear Sant Bani School Community,
A reality every independent school faces is the eventual need to search for new leadership – a task Sant Bani School is faced with as current Head of School Dan Love prepares to move on to his next adventure in July 2025. This Head of School search process comes at a pivotal time for the school, as we just celebrated the 50th anniversary of the school’s founding and have recently published an updated strategic plan that will help guide the school’s vision and growth throughout the next 3-5 years.
We have partnered with Carney, Sandoe, and Associates (CSA) to lead the search process. Carney Sandoe is a highly respected name in the independent school community, with nearly 50 years of experience assisting schools with faculty recruitment and leadership searches, and we are confident that they will help us to identify Head of School candidates who share Sant Bani School’s values.
