Amy Paganelli to be New Director of Advancement

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Amy Paganelli as our new Director of Advancement. Amy comes to us with a wealth of experience in advancement and leadership in education, including positions at Tufts University and Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business. She has served in other development roles at the Boston Museum of Science and the University of New Hampshire, and at one time, she worked as a front desk secretary at a middle school! She will officially begin at Sant Bani School on November 10, 2025.

 

Amy has achieved a BS in Business Management from UNH and has completed a number of graduate-level creative writing classes at Dartmouth University. Her work as Associate Director of Donor Engagement and Advancement Initiatives at Tufts University has brought her on international trips with the University President, where she supported major gift solicitations and stewardship with key stakeholders. In her work at both Tufts and Tuck, she has designed and driven major fundraising campaigns for programs that directly benefit the lives of students and faculty. 

Amy’s experiences do not only include soliciting major gifts, maintaining instrumental relationships, and strategizing organizational goals. Her accomplishments also involve facilitating harmonious work relationships through seasons of transition, mentoring colleagues, and a commitment to students’ success, learning, and well-being. She is particularly connected to initiatives that center on experiential learning, which she credits as one of the reasons she feels drawn to Sant Bani School’s pedagogy. Her talent for storytelling and commitment to youth make her a fantastic addition to the team, and we are eagerly looking forward to her tenure at Sant Bani School.
