Affording a SBS Education

For many families, a private school education is a significant investment that requires careful financial planning and tuition assistance. Sant Bani School awards need-based financial aid for families who cannot afford to pay full tuition. We work individually with each family to help make a SBS education as affordable as possible. Families who feel they qualify for financial aid must complete a financial aid application as part of their overall application process. The financial aid committee then reviews all applications and determines grant amounts based on a family’s demonstrated need.

* Note that financial aid is not available for Little Swans Preschool, or for families who apply for K-8 enrollment in the middle of the school year.  Families who enroll at Sant Bani School mid-year may apply for financial aid for the following school year.

Tuition for 2025-26

Grades K-8: $11,800

Little Swans Preschool: $11,100 (5-day program); $6,700 (M/W/F only); $4,500 (T/Th. only)

A yearly $500 enrollment deposit (per-student) is credited toward a family’s tuition.

Bus service is available for K-8 students from a number of local communities.  Routes include Tilton/Concord, New Hampton/Plymouth, and Franklin/Andover.  Bussing fees are assessed separately.  For the 2025-26 school year, round-trip bus service is $1500 for one child and $500 for each additional sibling; one-way bus service (morning only or afternoon only) is $950 for one child and an additional $650 for each additional sibling.

Financial Aid Application Process

Step 1) Create an applicant profile in FACTS.  The financial aid application is included in the applicant portal.

Step 2) Upload all requested documents by February 15.

Step 3) Families of accepted students will receive information about their Financial Aid grant as part of the acceptance notification.

Please note: All parents/guardians are expected to contribute financially to a Sant Bani School education. In cases of divorce, separation, or non-marriage, both parent households will need to fill out financial aid information and assume responsibility for their child’s educational expenses unless specific court-ordered arrangements or divorce agreements indicating otherwise are supplied to the School. If special circumstances exist, please be sure to include that in the optional personal statement.

Payment Plan Options

Families may opt for one of three payment options:

  • One Payment: Tuition for the upcoming school year is paid in full on August 5.
  • Semi-Annual Payment: Payments are due on August 5 and January 5.
  • Monthly Payment: This is a 10-month payment plan that runs from August through May.  Payment is due on the 5th of each month.

Additional Sources of Tuition Assistance

There are two additional sources of tuition assistance that families can seek to help offset the cost of tuition: the New Hampshire Children’s Scholarship Fund and Educational Freedom Account funds. We would be happy to provide more information on these options if they are of interest.
